I’m still enjoying my visit, it’s still cold, and it’s still snowing!

I wanted to share with you a great conversation I had with Coach Alex last night…

I want to preface this conversation with the fact that he has been helping individuals for over 40 years become the best. He has been instrumental in creating change in the lives of so many.

So with that said…We were discussing success and how we have experienced it and observed it in others over the years and he made a statement that I found very interesting. In fact I would go so far as to say it was quite profound in the implication of this statement…

He said that “As humans we do not really change”

Now wait a minute. I’m sure you sitting there thinking how is it possible that someone who has been helping people change and become the very best would make a statement as such?
