Business Leadership Coaching

“Leaders are problem solvers by talent and temperament, and by choice.” -Harlan Cleveland

You can choose to be a leader, and you can also choose to be a follower. You may have the qualities of a leader but if you choose to stand aside and let someone else take the helm then you will remain behind, waiting for the orders from those in-charge…because you choose to have it that way. Choose to be a leader, choose to be a success.

Success is not by chance, it’s by choice.

This is always true, in life and in business. We are so fortunate to be given the power to choose and it becomes our responsibility to make use of it wisely.

However, small and medium business owners are often reluctant to enlist the help of a success coach. Business success coaching is a relatively new career and not too many people are familiar with the benefits of having a success coach.

Most people think that coaching is all about giving advice. Yes, one aspect of the whole process is helping you with your business by giving you valuable advice…but coaching is not just limited to that.

In fact, I believe the greater benefit of receiving business success coaching is that it helps you, the entrepreneur. Not only will you learn new skills that will step up your business to the next level. You will get the help you need to create focus and clarity for your business goals, create a new perspective on your business and formulate a fresh set of marketing and business strategies.

If you want to be a business leader but you’re so overwhelmed by the challenges of running your business that you just don’t know where to begin then it’s time to give yourself a course on business leadership coaching and see the difference for yourself…

Again, success is not by chance, it’s by choice…so choose to be a success now!

Success: A Question Of Risk

Are you a risk taker?

Taking a risk and making a choice can be hard. You fear failure and rejection. You fear the unpleasant consequences of taking that risk. You fear taking responsibility for your actions.

To borrow from Dr. James Messina, risk taking is opening yourself to change.

* To laugh is to risk appearing the fool;
* To weep is to risk appearing sentimental;
* To reach out for another is to risk involvement;
* To expose feelings is to risk exposing true self;
* To place your ideas, your dreams before the crowd is to risk their loss;
* To love is to risk not being loved in return;
* To live is to risk dying;
* To hope is to risk despair;
* To try is to risk failure;
* But risk must be taken, because the greatest hazard in life is to risk nothing;
* The person who risks nothing, does nothing, has nothing and is nothing;
* He may avoid suffering and sorrow, but he simply cannot learn, feel, change, grow, love and live;
* Chained by his certitudes, he is a slave and has forfeited freedom;
* Only a person who risks is free.

By opening yourself to change and risking something in return, you are allowing yourself to be free…and allowing yourself to succeed. However, you will not succeed if you choose to stick by your conventional way of thinking. You are where you are because you have not taken the risk finding something better, making the best better.

Success is a question of taking the risk and facing the consequences of your choice. If you are not willing to risk then you will gain nothing. If you choose this path then life is bound for stagnation, mediocrity, and monotony. This is not for the leader and achiever that is YOU!

YOU are always aiming for more, to be the best, for coming out on top…for success!

YOU are a risk taker, one who looks at the possibility of failure as a challenge and a lesson from which you can learn the better way to achieve success. If you really want to bring your game, your business, and your life to next level you must not be afraid to risk.

But remember…taking risks without thinking can be a bad move. You have to weigh your options. Think like a chess champion. Make only calculated risks. It is foolish to just go into something without considering the outcomes of that decision. That’s why we plan!

So are you a risk taker? If you are then you have to take a look at the Business Athlete Success Coaching by Coach Tim Adams! This may just be the decision that could change your life!

Remember, Success is not by chance…It’s by choice!
Tim

Are You a Business Athlete?

Here are some questions to consider to help you determine if you are a Business Athlete?

Are you a high achiever who is driven to take your game to the next level.  Do you have success in one or more areas of their lives and business and yet they want more?

Do you love to win?

I’m not talking about a little grade school game with no consequences…I’m talking about something bigger, better, and much more meaningful.  Like a championship game where you put everything on the line – with the intention of being the best…but it’s more than that as well!

I’m talking about winning in life…Your life.

Read the following and see if any of this sounds familiar?

You may have experienced great success in your work life but your family life is suffering because you’re never home.  You may have a great relationship with your wife but you can’t make this month’s rent payment because you spend money haphazardly. You might be very spiritual but your head is so far in the clouds you can’t relate to others because you spend most your day meditating. You might look like Atlas but you can’t keep a relationship because all your free time is spent working out.

Being a Business Athlete is so much than having success.  Here’s the simple truth…Being really good in only one area of your life does not equal success. There is more to life than continuing to excel at the one or two things you already do well.  What you need to do is take the success you already know – and expand it.  And to experience a true expansion of success in your life and business you need to know exactly where to focus your time, energy, and effort.

Are you committed to improving your game…Your LIFE?  Are you willing to do what’s necessary to get the job done?  Are you willing to approach your failures as learning experiences?  Are you coachable and willing to learn from other as well as your challenges?  When everything seems stacked against you are you going to dig in your heals and find a way around, over or even through that obstacle?

If this sounds like you then you are a Business Athelte…Congratulations.  And I know you are already creating success in your life!  And I know you want more.

With laser focused coaching you can take your game to then next level in record time!

Remember…Success is not by chance, It’s by Choice!

Tim

Success: The Breakthrough Of Failure

Success is something everyone aims for, something which all of us aspire though we may have different concepts of success. The point is it is human nature to look for something better, to make the best even better. But there is also one thing which is universal – we are wary to move out of our comfort zones, to do things unconventionally, and to explore unchartered and little known territories – in short, we are afraid to fail, and to have our pride and self-esteem shattered and broken.

Many success and discoveries have been the results of failures, by accident or by simple determination. You have to learn from your mistakes and move on to become better at what you do. Don’t be afraid of failing once in a while; let it be part of your learning process. But please don’t make failure a habit because just like alcohol, drugs, and cigarettes, it’s one tough habit to break!

The Wright brothers certainly didn’t make it right in their first try. They had to make a little modification here and there every time they failed to make the first man-made flight possible. Did you think our great scientists, artists and explorers did everything perfectly and achieve success on their first try? Of course not! Edison failed over 1000 times before he found the proper way to create a light bulb!

Creating success is a long process – a process which involves losing minor battles but in the end winning the war. Do not fear success; let it be your stepping stone to success. It is an inevitable fact of life that you will encounter setbacks. These may force you to stumble and back up a step, but stand up and move two paces forward.

You can learn great things when you experience failure. This is the time when you know who your real friends are and the value of your family. This is the time when you know the real you and the real essence of success.

Once you’ve accomplished your goals, you may realize the journey wasn’t easy…you had more than your fair share of failures and defeats, but you overcame and triumphed each obstacle because you learned from them and that’s the only way to do it. So take heart and achieve your goals and dreams!
